We offer the following earnings for each successful registration of  AuctionInc products; aiShip $1.00, aiSeller $5.00, Paid's ShipCalc $1.00, Paid's ShopCart $2.50, and Paid's Shipping API $5.00.   A successful registration for aiShip products is one who successfully lists 10 auctions during the first 30 days of account usage. A successful registration for all other products is one who successfully completes the registration process and does not cancel during any trial period offered for the product.

How Our Affiliate Program Works
Read our Affiliate Agreement and choose to sign up. We will review your site or ebay listings to ensure that you neither have, nor link to the following type site/s:

After review AND acceptance into our program, you will receive an email with everything you need to get started.

Minimum amount for payment is twenty-five dollars ($25). Any amount under this will be held in your account until the minimum for pay out is reached. Payments are made quarterly.

Our No-SPAM Policy
We will in NO WAY tolerate promotion of this program by the use of SPAM (unsolicited email)! It is wise to know our definition of SPAM before you start promoting. Read the Affiliate Agreement and stay safe. It's easy to promote our AuctionInc service AND make money without resorting to the use of "unsolicited" promotional methods.

AuctionInc Affiliate Agreement
The AuctionInc Affiliate Program is only open to individuals with United States (or US Territories) mailing addresses and Web Sites, and is offered by, a brand of  Paid, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: PAYD).

This Agreement contains the terms and conditions that apply to a participant in the AuctionInc Affiliate Program. As used in this agreement, "we"/"our"/"us" means Paid, Inc. or any of its associated companies, partners, or employees, "you"/"your" means the "affiliate/applicant", "Program" means the AuctionInc Affiliate Program, and "site" refers to a World Wide Web site.

To begin the enrollment process, you will submit a completed Affiliate Application form. We will evaluate your application in good faith and will notify you of your acceptance or rejection, usually within 24 hours. If rejected, you can re-apply at any time; however, unless you have made substantial changes in your site it will likely be rejected again. We may reject your application if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your site is unsuitable for the Program. Unsuitable sites include, for example, sites that:

We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable right to use our present banners (and other such images you design and for which we grant express permission) for the purpose of identifying your site as a program participant and linking to our site. You may not modify our banners or images in any way without our express permission.

We reserve all of our rights to our trade names and trademarks and all other intellectual property rights.

SPAM (unsolicited email)

We will not tolerate the sending of unsolicited bulk emails which promote or make reference to AuctionInc, or any of its associated companies, partners, or employees. Other prohibited forms of advertising include postings to non-commercial newsgroups and cross-posting to multiple newsgroups at once. In addition, Affiliates may not advertise in any way that effectively conceals or misrepresents their identity, their domain name or their return email address.

Any Affiliate suspected of breeching this rule will have their Affiliate status cancelled immediately and any and all outstanding commissions WILL BE FORFEITED.

Stay Safe, Don't SPAM.

We will NOT revoke affiliate status to avoid payment of owed or future commissions.


AuctionInc. and its associated companies, partners, and employees operates with the strictest codes of professional conduct. Any Affiliate who brings us into disrepute, or who promotes any form of slander, racism, or unfair business practices, will have their Affiliate status revoked.

We reserve the right to reject any affiliate application if, in our opinion, that applicant violates established laws or commonly held standards of decency.

An Affiliate who ignores warnings to cease and desist any activities we deem negligent, inappropriate, or harmful to AuctionInc and or other affiliates will be terminated.


All of our rules, operating procedures and policies regarding customer orders for AuctionInc. products and associated accounts will apply to successful registrations we receive through special links on your site. We reserve the right to reject any registration that does not comply with our rules, operating procedures and policies.

Every customer who registers for AuctionInc through this Affiliate Program is deemed to be a customer of ours. You do not have the authority to make or accept any offer on our behalf. All of our standing policies regarding customer orders, including pricing and problem resolution, will apply to customers originating from your web site. We are not responsible for any representations made by you which contradict our standing policies.


We will be solely responsible for registrations we make to customers who follow links from your web site. We use our proprietary secure registration form for processing. The status of your account can be obtained any time by contacting us by email at


We will provide you with a unique identifying URL for you to link to. Each sale or referral that is generated from this URL will be attributed to you. Your links to the unique URL can be text links or banner links, or a combination of the two, at your sole discretion. If you choose banner links, you must use our banners or ones you design that have been approved by us. You may choose freely from banner images we provide. If you prefer to design your own banner link image, it must include the term "AuctionInc," and you must obtain our approval for your custom images by submitting them to You may add as many links to AuctionInc. as you like. You can remove such links at anytime without prior approval from us.

We will provide you with instructions on how to properly format the links. You, not us, are responsible for ensuring that the links are formatted correctly. Proper formatting will ensure accurate tracking of sales for credit to your account. Every effort will be made to ensure that our site is functional and available for customers referred to our site through your "affiliate link".

We have NO responsibilities with regard to your site. We have NO liability for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or any loss of revenue or profits arising under or with respect to this agreement or the program. In addition, our aggregate liability arising under or with respect to this agreement or the program shall in no event exceed total referral fees paid or payable to the Affiliate under this agreement.


We will pay you $1.00 for aiShip, $5.00 for aiSeller, $1.00 for Paid's ShipCalc,  $2.50 for Paid's ShopCart, and $5.00 for Paid's Shipping API for any succesful registration . These are registrations made by a customer referred to us by your website's AuctionInc banners or text links.

The minimum amount for payment of commissions is twenty-five dollars ($25). Any amount under this will be held in your account until the minimum for pay out is reached.

Payment will be made in the form of a bank check, paid in US dollars. Checks will be mailed within ten days of the end of each quarter for the prior quarter's referrals. We are not responsible for paying interest to Affiliates for accrued but not yet delivered Commission payments.

Payment will be made out to you and mailed, via U.S. postal mail, to the address you provide at sign-up.


The term of this agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your Affiliate Program application and your placement of our (or approved) banner or textual link on your. The agreement will end when terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate this agreement at any time by giving the other party written notice of termination. This written notice will be in the form of email. Upon termination of this agreement, the former Affiliate must remove all Affiliate links and graphics from its web site, and refrain from publishing same in any manner whatsoever.


You understand and agree that you are acting as an independent contractor and as such will be responsible for your own Income Taxes and any other tax liabilities that are affected by the sale of our services in your state. By law, any commissions in excess of five hundred ninety-nine ($599) dollars must be reported by us to the Internal Revenue Service. If it looks like your commissions will be greater than $599 for the year, we will require you to fill out a W-9 Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification Form. We will notify you by email if you run into this issue. Please download the necessary tax form (W-9) from the following website Complete, sign and send it to us at the address listed at the end of this agreement.


We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement at any time and in our sole discretion by posting a new agreement on our site. All participating affiliates will be notified, by email, of any such modifications. If any modification is unacceptable to you, you may terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the program following notification of our new program will constitute an acceptance of the change.


You and we are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between the parties. You will have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf. You will not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that reasonably would contradict anything written here.


As with any program, a conflict or dispute may occasionally arise due to tracking, orders, commission calculation, performance issues and appeals regarding "termination for cause". Below is outlined who to contact and how to handle any such situation.

We ONLY use the information you submit to maintain your Affiliate account, i.e., to make your commission payments and to communicate changes in our AuctionInc service and/or policies that relate to this Agreement. From time to time we will notify you of new banner link images or text links to facilitate promotion of AuctionInc. We do not now nor will we in the future, sell, rent or otherwise make your personal information available to anyone!

This concludes the agreement. Thank you for taking the time to read it carefully. We look forward to working with you! By signing up for our Program, you are in effect, agreeing to the above "Affiliate Agreement".
